No experience necessary!
We take novices through to preparation for their 3* award and all the bits in-between. Many of our group go on to paddle slalom, freestyle, polo and river trips across the country. We have a 50:50 split between girls and boys and a full range of ages paddling. This term, as well as our usual paddle coaching, we will continue training our 13-16 year olds (subject to ability) for the the BCU’s Cadet Leader award – which is a junior gateway to the L1 coaching award.

…and will run from 1-3pm. The cost is £40 all-in including TCKC membership. If you have already joined TCKC (last term for TYK’s, polo or Blades slalom section) then the cost is reduced to £36. Membership form and details are available

Your place is secured when you receive an email confirmation.
Adults will continue to be welcome on the water subject to suitable coach cover. Priority will go to junior paddlers, and then aspirant adult coaches. Adults will need to complete a free CRB check after their first session.
